Please
note that our warehouse has recently changed along with our return instructions

Once we
receive this information, we will email you a return authorization form for you
to include with your shipment back to our warehouse. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to your return authorization.
Please also write
the RA Number on the outside of the box. The warehouse address will be
listed on the return authorization form.
Merchandise
must be returned in its original condition and packaging with the tags attached
or it will be returned to you.
Items listen under the sale section can only be exchanged, not returned, and are a final sale.
You will
be responsible for the return shipping to our warehouse. We will cover
the outbound shipping on an exchange.
Please
make sure to record your tracking information because we cannot issue an
exchange or refund until our warehouse confirms receipt. If the warehouse
does not confirm receipt, then you may need to track your package to check the
status. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
COD
packages and boxes without a return authorization number will be returned to
the sender.
If you
have requested a refund, you will receive an email confirmation when the refund
is processed. The refund can take up to 1 billing cycle to appear on your
credit card statement depending on the credit card company.
Please
allow 2 weeks for an exchange to be processed. If the exchange requested
is out of stock, then we will issue a refund to your credit card if your return
is within 30 days of the purchase date. If the exchange is within 90
days, then we will issue an online gift certificate that will be sent via email.
